All standard series stairs have been engineered for weight capacities for both tread and total stair capacity. Due to the utilization of solid hardwood laminations, our engineered stairs are truly a lifetime choice. Unique offers a double helix spiral stair design that utilizes no center post. Our freestanding helical stairways are not only UNIQUE but are safer than conventional center post spiral stairs by affording the user a rail in each hand. For additional user security we offer countless hand rail profiles thanks to our latest rail profiling technology. Although our base pricing is for 100% Red Oak, your staircase project can be built in nearly any hardwood available.
